HULL, England (CelebrityAccess) — SMG Europe has recieved preferred bidder status in their quest to operate the City of Hull's new auditorium when it opens its doors in 2018.
The terms of the agreement, which is still pending final approval, will see SMG Europe operate the venue for the next 25 years. The full financial terms of the prospective arrangement were not disclosed.
The 3,000-capacity auditorium is being funded by the Hull City Council, and will host live music, events, conferences and exhibition in a state-of-the-art building. It is currently under development by BAM construction and is expected to open in 2018.
