SURREY, UK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Pop singer Amelle Berrabah of girl-group Sugababes, was reportedly arrested for assault in a Guilford bar over the weekend.
Surrey Police have confirmed that they have been investigating the incident between the 23-year-old Berrabah and an 18-year-old woman on Saturday night. Berrabah spent the night in a jail cell before being released on bail, and returning to the United States with the rest of the Sugababes group.
Berrabah joined the group in 2005 as a replacement as Mutya Buena left the group.
