United Concerts Sells Naming Rights For New Shed

West Valley City, Utah-based USANA, a nutritional-supplement maker, has
purchased the naming rights to United Concerts' new 20,000-seat amphitheater in
West Valley City. The shed is a partnership with Q Prime management's Quincunx
company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Currently under construction, the shed is scheduled to open in late June. The
summer concert lineup includes Lollapalooza, the Dave Matthews
and the Red Hot 4th of July celebration. United Concerts planned to build the
venue in 1999, but failed negotiations with potential partner, House of Blues,
delayed its opening until this summer.
