LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Venue Coalition co-founders Jeff Apregan and Gilles Paquin have announced that Andrew Prince has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.
Venue Coalition has expanded from 9 arenas in western Canada to 15 arenas across North America, with additional venues expected to join in the coming year.
“We have realized that as Venue Coalition continues to grow, we need to have someone dedicated to overseeing day-to-day operations. Andrew has invested so much time and developed such great communication with our members, we were pleased to offer him this opportunity,” noted Jeff Apregan, President of Apregan Group in a statement.
Gilles Paquin, CEO of Paquin Entertainment, further explained, “Andrew has played a critical role in the expansion of this organization and we’re very excited to see what’s in store for the future.”
Prince will work directly with VenueCoalition members to help identify new programming opportunities for their venues and to help develop, produce and promote a variety of incremental events at each of their venues.
“I enjoy the working relationship we have with each of our venues and I’m excited to provide better service to our members,” said Prince.
In the past year Venue Coalition has helped its members secure a wide variety of music and non-music events including Bonnie Raitt, Larry the Cable Guy, Motorcycle Ice Racing, Blue Man Group Rock Tour, Bachman Cummings, Last Comic Standing, Outlaws of Motorsports and a lacrosse exhibition match between the Toronto Rock and the Minnesota Swarm. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
