CUPERTINO, CA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Apple has again pushed back the release of the white iPhone 4 from next month until a more nebulous "later this year."
A specific reason for the delay was not given other than the company said it "continued to be more challenging to manufacture that we originally expected."
Some analysts have suggested that Apple is trying to include a redesign of the flawed antenna system which some users contend caused reception problems in the black version of the phone. Earlier this week, Apple CEO Steve Jobs tried to lay the antenna criticism to rest with a press conference, but the company has announced plans to offer free phone cases to consumers to help with the reception problems.
