QUEBEC (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — If you haven't seen the Michel Rivard video on YouTube you should. It has had over 200,000 hits in only a week and it is a devastating satire on the difficulties facing Quebec musicians getting funding. Rivard is revered in Quebec and was part of its best known group Beau Dommage for over 30 years.
It doesn't matter if you don't know Rivard or if you are not a Canadian. If you know about the creative process of writing songs and dealing with bureaucrats you will find this hilarious.
