| NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) — After last week’s announcement of the launch of 117 Management, President & CEO, Zach Farnum said this week that veteran artist manager Drew Blakeley would oversee the new division after having been named Vice President at the company.
Blakeley began his career in the country music industry nearly 10 years ago as a talent buyer and concert promoter and most recently toiled as a manager at Conway Entertainment Group, where he was on the team for artists such as Lorrie Morgan, LOCASH, Randy Travis and others. “I got to know Drew while working closely together on the tribute to Randy Travis in February,” said Farnum, adding, “his attention to detail, knowledge of the landscape and ability to think and work outside of the box make him the natural choice to launch this new chapter of our company.” At present, 117 Management’s primary client is outlaw country legend Bobby Bare. |
