LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Hot on the heels of Avengers: Endgame, Disney scored another major hit with the live-action remake of the cartoon classic Aladdin.

The PG-rated film scored an impressive $86.1 million haul over the three-day holiday weekend and is expected to top $105.5 million FSSM in North America, according to data compiled by Comscore.

Last week’s box office champion, the awkwardly-named “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum” slid to second place in North American theaters, but continued to perform, adding $24.35 million for the 3-days and an expected $30.5 million for FSSM for a cume through Sunday of $100.989 million.

Avengers: Endgame also continued its historic box office run, adding a $16.841 million fifth weekend for the 3-days and an expected $21.9 million for FSSM in North America for a cute of $798.2 million through Sunday. Avengers is only the second film in history to gross more than $800 million domestically, and worldwide, has cumed $2,677.5M through Sunday, according to Comscore.
