LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Sports and live entertainment giant AEG announced it has launched a partnership that will see UCLA Health become a Founding Partner and first Medical Partner of STAPLES Center and an official partner of L.A. LIVE, the Amgen Tour of California, and several AEG Presents music festivals and events.
“We are pleased to enter into this agreement with AEG, an industry leader whose venues and events provide an opportunity to engage with diverse audiences and share UCLA Health’s mission and values with the communities we serve, visitors to the region, and those viewing events on various platforms,” said Dr. John Mazziotta, vice chancellor of UCLA Health Sciences and CEO of UCLA Health.
As a part of the sponsorship deal, UCLA Health will receive in venue static signage as well as exposure on digital signs during LA Kings, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, and LA Sparks home games. UCLA Health will also be featured on external signs around STAPLES Center via rotational exposure of the arena’s 110 and 10 freeway marquees along with other ‘Founding Partner’ sponsors.
Additionally, fans will be subjected to brand-tailored, interactive activations at the arena’s concourse during public events.
UCLA Health will receive exposure via digital signs along with simultaneous full-motion video and audio spots on the nine LED boards located at XBOX Plaza, a 40,000 square foot open-air plaza outside of L.A. Live.
L.A. LIVE’s JW Marriot Hotel will also display UCLA Health advertising on digital signs, and UCLA Health will utilize on-site activations and digital reminders at select AEG Presents festivals.
