SEOUL, South Korea (CelebrityAccess) — On Thursday, police questioned Yang Hyun-suk, the former head of Korea’s YG Entertainment about his alleged involvement with illegal overseas gambling and procuring prostitutes for foreign investors.

According to the Korea Times, Yang appeared at the office of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on Thursday and said he plans to “fully cooperate with the police and answer all questions in detail.”

Yang’s visit to Metropolitan Police headquarters comes just a day after former Big Bang member Seungri sat for an interview that lasted for more than 12 hours over the same allegations.

According to the Times, both Yang and Seungri are alleged to have been regular guests at the VIP rooms at the MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel and Casino where they reportedly spent enormous sums of money. They were also suspected of having illegally obtained funds for gambling in violation of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, the newspaper said.

Earlier this month, police conducted a search of YG Entertainment and reportedly obtained financial documents from YG Entertainment’s U.S. operations as well to determine if Yang misused company funds to support his gambling habit.

Police have also investigated Yang for alleged tax evasion and using political influence to stave off investigations into drug use by YG’s performers, the Times reported.

Yang stepped down from his role at YG in June.
