The award was announced during the 24th Annual Gold Medallion Awards held on April 30, 2008, formed to honor and recognize San Diego’s culinary excellence.

Rock artist and singer/songwriter Rickie Lee Jones has been selected to launch a stellar summer lineup at Anthology on May 25.
