Actors Vince Vaughn and Rob Riggle, NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, country artists Charles Kelley, Cole Swindell, Dan + Shay, Kellie Pickler, Chris Janson, and Kelsea Ballerini, along with pop singer Leona Lewis, actors Joey Lauren Adams and Madison Iseman from the new upcoming CMT series Still the King, actors Billy Gardell and Chad Michael Murray from CMT's upcoming series Million Dollar Quartet, radio personality Bobby Bones and CMT's Cody Alan presented during the show.
