LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Bill Cosby is facing a new lawsuit from a California woman who claims that the Comedian sexually assaulted her when she was 15 years old.
According to the Associated Press, Judy Huth's lawyer filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that Cosby molested her in the bedroom of the Playboy Mansion around 1974. Huth's lawsuit claims that Huth and a friend met Cosby at a film shoot and then gave them alcohol at a second meeting at a tennis club. Huth alleges that Cosby then took her and the friend to the Playboy Mansion and forced her to perform a sex act.
A second woman told Pittsburgh television station KDKA that she was also allegedly drugged abused by Cosby when she was 15 during the 1970s.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Cosby refutes Huth's allegations, claiming that Huth's attorney approached him for a settlement before filing the case and noting that Huth's claims of drinking games are false as Cosby claims he has been a lifelong abstainer from alcohol.
Cosby, 77, has never been criminally charged in any of the abuse allegations. – Staff Writers
