EAGLE, ID (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Creston Thornton comes roaring back into the concert business announcing that his new company will be promoting the entire first tour of 311 through Canada ever.. and that Slighty Stoopid will support all dates.
Creston Thornton has stayed out of the music scene — and concentrated on his land development company -FHK,llc (www.fhkllc.com) for almost 2 years since his sale of the two companies he co-founded -Bravo Entertainment and the Big Easy Concert Houses- to Knitting Factory Entertainment in 2006.
Creston Thornton says "we are not trying to do 450 shows a year anymore.. we just want to develop bands we enjoy and care about the music.. and maybe do 40-50 shows a year instead". That being said the new company will focus on Touring Artists, Festivals, Conventions, and "destination Locations" like Mexico and Hawaii.
When asked about his return to the music industry… Creston remarked "you can only keep a gambler away from the blackjack tables for so long!"
