Fulfilling a long time vision of making films together, former Monkee Micky Dolenz and veteran filmmaker Stuart Gross are launching Independent Entertainment in Los Angeles. While the banner will initially scour the festival circuit for up-and-coming directors and projects, starting with this year’s Sundance Film Festival, the duo has already acquired original material for their initial slate of films.
