NEW YORK, NY – (CelebrityAccess) -– The Agency Group announced the appointment of marketing veteran Eddie Clemens to the post of Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at the agency.
In this newly-created Senior Management group role, Clemens will be responsible for the company’s ongoing worldwide brand development and communications strategy. Clemens and his team are based in The Agency Group’s New York office, with Clemens reporting to Group CEO Gavin O’Reilly.
Initially hired as the Director of Tour Marketing for The Agency Group's US operations in 2012, Clemens led the development of the firm's Tour Marketing department. Promoted to Director of Marketing in 2013, Clemens then directed the entirety of marketing and branding strategies for The Agency Group's U.S. offices.
While handling marketing efforts for all of TAG's clients, Clemens has worked on Paramore’s PARAHOY! Cruise with guests Tegan & Sara, oversaw projects for Black Label Society, Citizen Cope, Pierce The Veil & Sleeping With Sirens, Black Veil Brides, Fall Out Boy and Paramore’s Monumentour, and the Guns N’ Roses “No Trickery! An Evening of Destruction” Las Vegas residency. He has also been an integral part behind marketing strategies for Four-Time Grammy-winning duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, The Monkees, Brian Wilson & Jeff Beck, Lamb Of God, A Day To Remember, Father John Misty, 3 Doors Down and numerous other artists. – Staff Writers
