Jaime Kelsall Named Vice President Of Concerts At APA


LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Veteran music agent Jaime Kelsall has been promoted to the post of Vice President of Concerts at the Agency for the Performing Arts.

Kelsall's new portfolio will see her contineue to focus on developing and managing emerging talent for the agency.

“Jaime is one of the best, most creative and intuitive agents in the business with an extraordinary talent for building and breaking new bands,” APA President & CEO Jim Gosnell in a statement released to the press. “Her hard work and devotion has paid off big time for her roster, and this promotion reflects her unwavering loyalty to her clients and our company.”

Kelsall began her career at the House of Blues in New Orleans, interning in their booking department while attending Loyola University. After graduation, she moved to San Francisco and began working at Absolute Artists, assisting Bruce Solar and eventually booking the roster.

In 2000, she joined The Agency Group as an agent, developing her own roster before moving to APA two years later, where she played a key role in developing and breaking bands such as Allen Stone, ZZ Ward and Eric Hutchinson.

She currently represents Rickie Lee Jones, Kinky, Tonic, Jill Hennessy, Blind Melon, Distant Cousins and Julian Moon. – Staff Writers
