LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — One day after the apparent suicide death of Linkin Park's lead vocalist Chester Bennington, the band has officially canceled their upcoming tour.
A statement released by tour promoter Live Nation said: "We are incredibly saddened to hear about the passing of Chester Bennington. The Linkin Park One More Light North American Tour has been cancelled and refunds are available at point of purchase. Our thoughts go out to all those affected."
Linkin Park's "One More Light North American Tour" was slated to start next week with a show at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Mass. on July 27th and run through late October with a final performance at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Oct. 22nd.
