Linkin Park Cancels Tour Following Injury

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Rock band Linkin Park announced that they have canceled all of the remaining sixteen dates on their current "The Hunting Party" tour after the band's frontman injuring his leg.

In a post on the band's website, a spokesperson wrote: "Linkin Park regret to inform their fans they must cancel the remaining dates of The Hunting Party tour through February 14th, due to a leg injury of lead vocalist Chester Bennington. The injury requires immediate medical attention making it physically impossible for Bennington to perform."

Bennington added, “I'm really disappointed this injury has made it impossible to continue with this tour. The first couple of shows were just magical. We will truly miss not being with our fans for the next few weeks. Hope to see you again soon."

Bennington appeared on crutches during a concert on Sunday in Indianapolis but details on the nature of the injury, or how it occurred, were not disclosed. – Staff Writers
