LINDEN VA (CelebrityAccess) — Industry veteran Mark Sonder has joined the faculty of The Special Events Institute, where he will teach a course on Event Marketing, one of the components of the Institute's certificate program.
The institute provides education and certification for special events producers with an eight topic course that includes subjects such as marketing, event design, production and logistics.
Sonder was named “Meeting Industry Guru” by Successful Meetings and Meeting News Magazine and is a recognized lecturer on event planning. He has also contributed to the programs at Harrah’s Hotel School at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and Master of Tourism Administration at The George Washington University.
