BILLINGS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Montana loves Merle Haggard. In just a scant three and a half hours after going on sale, the last of 1,400 tickets for Merle Haggard's Feb. 14th concert at the Alberta Bair Theater in Billings were sold.
The theater's box office opened at 10 AM on Monday morning and the last of the 46 dollar tickets had gone by 1:30 PM, according to a report in the Billings Gazette.
"There was a line when I got to the theater at 8:15 and it got longer when we opened the box office at 10," Mary Helgeson, the interim director of the theater told the Gazette.
Other shows that sold out in the Montana city reflect the apparently eclectic tastes of the residents. Sold out 2006 shows included Wynonna Judd, Rob Zombie and George Clinton. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
