SYDNEY, NSW (CelebrityAccess) — In a shakeup of the executive suite, Live Nation Australia's CEO Michael Coppel has been appointed as chairman of the company.
"We have built a great team over the last five years, and I am excited to be able to continue to work with them to deliver unforgettable live experiences to music fans across Australia and New Zealand," Coppel said.
Coppel has served as CEO of Live Nation's Australia office since he joined the company during Live Nation acquisition of Michael Coppel Presents in 2012.
Live Nation's previous Chief Operating Officer, Roger Field, will assume the role of CEO and will handle day-to-day operations at the company.
