Adam Mirabella has been promoted to senior vice president, Warner Music Group's (WMG) U.S. sales and retail marketing e-Commerce. He was previously vice president, e-Commerce. He will continue to report to WEA Corp.'s President and CEO John Esposito and will be instrumental in the further implementation of WMG's digital business strategy, as well as WEA's digital sales execution and account management.
Mirabella will oversee a team of account managers who coordinate directly with WMG's digital service providers and wireless carrier partners. Additionally, he will work closely with WMG's corporate business strategy group and labels to ensure the execution of the Company's online and wireless agreements.

Mirabella joined WEA Corp. in 2003 as vice president, Lifestyle Sales, and was promoted to vice president, e-Commerce, later that year. He began his career at WMG in 1995 as national director of sales for Atlantic Records and served in a variety of management positions at the label, including vice president, sales/online retail development. During his tenure at Atlantic Records, he developed marketing and promotional programs for such online retail partners as Amazon.com, WalMart.com and Towerrecords.com, among others.
