LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Robin Leach's blog Vegas Luxe Life made some waves this week when they broke the news that metal band Motley Crüe had signed a $110 million dollar "360" deal with promoter Live Nation, akin to the Madonna deal announced last October.
According to the story, the deal which will see the Crüe provide 3 world tours and three albums by the band in exchange for $110+ million dollars, was revealed to Leach by Crüe front man Vince Neil. Not everyone is on the same page however. Vince Neil has called foul and released a statement which read:
"Motley Crüe has not signed any deals to tour or record whatsoever. Any information to the contrary is 100 percent incorrect."
So what's the real deal? Its too soon to tell. Live Nation typically hints when big news is coming down the pipe and if this deal is in fact true, they've played this one close to the vest. Jordan Berliant, the GM at 10th Street Entertainment, Crüe's management company, gave CelebrityAccess a firm "no comment" which makes us suspect that if there is a deal in the works, it hasn't been signed yet. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
