MSG Names Joseph Percoco Senior Vice President

NEW YORK, (CelebrityAccess) — The Madison Square Garden Company announced 20-year government veteran Joseph Percoco has been named as senior vice president, effective January 4.

In this newly created position, Mr. Percoco will work with the executive team ""to develop and execute strategic business opportunities" the company said in a press statement.

Mr. Percoco joins MSG after serving as executive deputy secretary for Governor Andrew Cuomo's Office since 2011, overseeing senior staff and operations and administration of the state's executive branch, as well as legislative and intergovernmental affairs and constituency relations.

Prior to joining the governor's staff, Percoco spent a 4-year stint at the Office of the New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo as special counsel, where he oversaw administration of the AG's office.

Percoco's private sector experience includes a tenure at KPMG, one of the big four auditing firms, where he was regional operations manager of the Northeast Forensic Practice. – Staff Writers
