MANILLA, Philippines (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Tickets for the Black Eyed Peas concert in Manila are selling smartly as fans anticipate what will be the final Asian date for the Peas before the group goes on an 'indefinite' hiatus.
According to the Manila Bulletin, buyers are coming from as far away as Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, and Thailand and the show's VIP section was the first to sell out, with tickets going for more than $345 a pop.
The show's producer, Futuretainment, boosted ticket sales with early bird promotions and package deals with participating airlines such as Cebu Pacific.
The concert is set for Oct. 25th at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds. After the Philippines, the Peas are set for two dates in South America; SWU Music and Arts in Paulina, Brazil on November 12th and the Jockey Club in Asunción in Paraguay on November 15th.
