BROWNSVILLE, Ore. (CelebrityAccess) — Linn County Sheriff's Office deputies have arrested two men in connection with alleged sexual assaults at the at Willamette Country Music festival in Brownsville over the weekend.
According to Portland NBC affiliate KGW, police arrested 56-year-old Terry Allen Pepiot early Sunday morning on charges of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old from Harrisburg who was attending the festival. He currently faces charges of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration.
According to KGW, the victim was staying in an RV with friends at the festival and reported to police that she woke up unclothed with no memory of what happened. Police confronted Pepoit, who was also staying in the trailer and he confessed to sexually abusing the victim.
Approximately four hours later, police arrested 37-year-old Jeremy Russell Janssen, of Ridgefield, Wash., on charges of first-degree sexual abuse after he allegedly raped a 20-year-old woman from Albany who was sleeping in the camping area.
