Superfly Productions and A.C. Entertainment's 2006 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival. The fifth annual three-day camping and music festival will be held on June 16-18 on the same 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee, 60 miles south of Nashville.

Tickets go on sale on February 11.
The promoters will cap ticket sales at 80,000, reducing capacity by 10,000 people from 2004's 90,000 attendence, to make the event more comfortable.
Bonnaroo began mainly as a roots-rock festival in 2002 but has gained respect in the music industry for its commitment to diversity in presenting established artists and newcomers of all eras and genres.
