NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Meat Loaf, AKA Michael Lee Aday, is apparently peeved at ticket prices for some of his performances.
After his SRO'd appearance at the Palace Theater in New York, Meat Loaf was reported to have taken promoters to task backstage when discovered that some fans had paid upwards of $250 for a seat at the special performance.
"I was p**sed off. I had no idea they were charging that much money for tickets – 250 bucks? I wouldn't have allowed that. That was way too expensive. It drives me crazy at how expensive tickets are." – WENN reported him as saying.
No word has been released yet as when, or indeed if, Meat Loaf will reimburse fans that he feels have been overcharged for his performance. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
