Melrose’s current management clients are Republic’s Mondo Cozmo and Capitol’s ONR.

“I’ve been blown away by what Kenny and the Big Deal family have accomplished during the company’s short history,” Melrose noted. “I’m looking forward to playing a role in the further expansion of this already brilliant roster, and to do everything in my power to support and enhance the careers of our artists and writers.”

A relative newcomer to the publishing scene, Big Deal, launched in 2012, currently boasts a roster that includes My Morning Jacket, Ray LaMontagne, St. Vincent, The Afghan Whigs, Dan Wilson, Jim James, Sharon Van Etten, the Black Angels, Ethan Johns, Nick Lowe, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Missy Higgins, FIDLAR, Sylvan Esso, Birds of Tokyo, Underworld, Sleater-Kinney, Kamasi Washington, Wolfmother, Blake Mills, Local Natives and songwriters Brett Beavers, Teddy Geiger, Brad Tursi, John Ryan, Dave Sitek, Alex Goose and Matt Morris. – Staff Writers
