(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — With the new Washington National’s baseball stadium set for construction right on top of The Nation nightclub in Washington, D.C., the owners have announced that the venue will close down, and that they are searching for a new location.
The Nation has come to be known in the D.C. scene for its cavernous warehouse feel, and the diversity of acts and events hosted at the club. Aside from weekly dance and electronica nights, the Nation has hosted major touring acts including the Deftones, Prince, and Limp Bizkit, according to the DCist.com.
