STOCKHOLM (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The biggest show of 2007 has announced the initial set of dates for the European leg of the sell-out tour. The Police will be hitting a mix of both indoor and outdoor stadiums and arenas across the continent, starting off in Stockholme and ending up in Cardiff in the UK.
In addition to the 13 dates thus released, further shows are expected to be announced in Belgium, Denmark, Italy and other places, according to the band's website.
The tour is being promoted by Arthur Fogel's The Next Adventure, a Live Nation company. Fogel, who is Live Nation's Chairman of Global Music said: "The anticipation and excitement to see The Police is overwhelming. We are absolutely thrilled to be bringing the band to fans new and old."
