They weren't the only double-winners, George Canyon scooped best single for his song "Somebody Wrote Love" to go along with his best male singer award while Carolyn Dawn Johnson took the award for best female artist. Cord Lund won two awards as well for best roots act and for best album "Hair In My Eyes"
