U2's fall leg of its Elevation Tour 2001 sold out in 10 of 11 markets over the September 14 weekend and with an extra show added for both Chicago and Los Angeles. Las Vegas still has tickets available. Shows in Providence, RI; Oakland, Calif.; New York City and East Rutherford, NJ go on sale this weekend.
U2 will be joined on this leg of the tour by special guest Garbage in South Bend, Ind.; Montreal; Hamilton, Ont.; Chicago, Baltimore and New York City. Special guest Stereophonics will appear in East Rutherford, Providence and Philadelphia. Special Guest No Doubt will appear in Austin, Texas; Denver; Salt Lake City; Los Angeles; and Las Vegas.
