It Was Kiss, In The Auditorium, With The Confetti

HAMILTON, Indiana (CelebrityAccess) — A security guard has sued members of the band Kiss, the Klipsch Music Center, and Live Nation after falling during a concert due conditions created by the show.

According to Courthouse News, security guard Timothy Funk was working security at the Klipsch Music Center in Noblesville, Ind. in 2012, when he allegedly slipped in a combination of water and confetti "foolishly" sprayed by the band during the show.

In his lawsuit, Funk claims that some, or all of the defendents sprayed water from hoses "on the stage, the area around the stage, and on some of the crowd." Funk also alleges that the defendents also sprayed confetti around the stage and crowd "in a foolish and reckless mannerm," which led to his slipping on the stage.
