IRELAND (CelebrityAccess) Ed Sheeran has a lot to celebrate these days: not only has he replaced himself at the top of the U.K. Charts now that his collaboration with Eminem, “River” knocked off “Perfect,” but he’s found a mate as well.
Sheeran posted a snapshot this morning of him and his girlfriend, Cherry Seaborn. “Got myself a fiancé just before new year,” the post reads. “We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well xx.”
Sheeran recently said that Seaborn inspired “Perfect,” and that they were friends in school in Suffolk, England, before reconnecting last year.
Sheeran heads to Australia in March, playing stadiums, but not before a performance at the BRIT Awards Feb. 21 where he joins Sam Smith, Foo Fighters, Dua Lipa and others.
