AMSTERDAM, NL (CelebrityAccess) –The Amsterdam-based company G3 Presents, which supplies tents to thirty music festivals across Europe, including Rock Werchter, Pinkpop, Milkshake, and Tomorrowland, has filed for bankruptcy.
The company’s insolvency was first reported by Dutch business trade RTL Z report and later confirmed by Nele Bigaré, a spokesperson for Rock Werchter.
“We have heard the news and are currently investigating the situation. We will make sure that the necessary accommodations are available and that the festival visitors will not be bothered”, Bigaré told VIP News but added that festival-goers should not worry.
Curator Nils Reerink reports to RTL Z that the bankruptcy of G3 Presents and G3 Events was first disclosed two days ago. Both entities are part of the parent company G3 Holding that has not, itself, filed for bankruptcy.
“My first focus now is to quickly make a new start and thus save the festival season, we are discussing this with various parties, but I can not say anything about their identity,” Reerink told VIP
