UNITED KINGDOM (CelebrityAccess) The Music Moves Europe Talent Awards, an awards event to be presented at the Eurosonic Noorderslag in January, announced its winners out of 24 nominees last week.
The winners, according to IQ magazine, are:
Pop: Bishop Briggs and Lxandra
Rock: Pale Waves and Pip Blom
Electronic: Smerz and Stelartronic
R&B/urban: Rosalía and Aya Nakamura
Hip hop/rap: Blackwave and Reykjavíkurdætur
Singer-songwriter: Avec and Albin Lee Meldau
The awards are to replace the European Border Breakers Awards and are co-funded by the Creative Europe program of the European Commission, according to IQ.
Winners of the prize will be rewarded with a chance to play live at ESNS, a tailor-made training program and financial support specifically intended for touring and promotion, according to Music Moves.
