NASHVILLE, TN — Shore Fire Media announced the promotion of public relations vet Jaclyn D. Carter to the role of Director of Publicity.
Carter will continue to be based in the company’s Nashville offices. Prior to her promotion, she served as a Senior Account Exec for Shore Fire.
“Jaclyn is an immensely talented and focused media exec who has been instrumental in the growth of our Nashville presence,” Shore Fire President/Founder Marilyn Laverty said in a press statement announcing the promotion. “We are delighted to recognize her achievements and leadership.”
“I’m thankful for the mentorship, empowerment and camaraderie that Marilyn and the full team at Shore Fire provide on a daily basis,” Carter added. “I look forward to continuing to grow and evolve in Nashville working alongside an incredibly talented and diverse team in both Brooklyn and Los Angeles.”
A Tennessee native, Carter joined Shore Fire in 2013 and has led campaigns for Big Yellow Dog Music, Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest, CeCe Winans, Jazz at Lincoln Center with Wynton Marsalis, Justin Moore and many others.
She graduated from Tennessee’s College of Communications and has participated in GRAMMY Next professional development program. As well, she served on the board of Young Entertainment Professionals (YEP), which fosters professional growth of newly-minted entertainment professionals.
