BOULDER, CO (CelebrityAccess) — Booking agency and management company Madison House announced a major expansion of their team with the addition of veteran talent execs Brian Swanson and Brent Tactic as senior agents, and rising star Chris Palmer as a junior agent.
The agency also announced the launch of a brand new office in Pacific Grove, CA, which follows on the heels of the launch of a new office in Oakland, and the expansion of the company’s Nashville offices earlier this year.
Brain Swanson comes to Madison House after a stint at Paradigm. He started his career as a talent buyer at Prince’s Glam Slam nightclub and has since held positions at Monterey International and Proton Productions, as well as hanging his own shingle with Hello! Booking which lasted six years.
Acts on Swanson’s roster making the jump to Madison House include Smash Mouth, Spin Doctors (including solo dates of Chris Barron and Eric Schenkman), Alan Doyle, The Beths, Bad Bad Hats, Jesse Cook, Trailer Park Boys, Classic Albums Live, GRLwood, Matt Andersen, Lankum and Emily Wolfe.
“The move to Madison House couldn’t feel more natural for me and the artists I bring to the fold,” says Swanson. “The energy I’ve witnessed since we started talking has been mind-blowing. This is about open-mindedness and embracing someone’s vision, whether it’s on the artist side or the agent’s side. I have known Nadia (Prescher), Jesse (Aratow) and Adam (Bauer) for longer than I care to admit, so walking through these doors kind of feels like coming home, or finally arriving at the place I need to be,” Swanson said of his new role at Madison House.

Brent Tactic joins Madison House from the Rogue Agency, where he spent the last five years focused on the world of dance music. While he’s currently based in New York, he’s going to transition to Madison House’s Nashville office, where he will rep a roster that includes Ana Sia, Anoraak, Astronomar, Bad Gyal, Dances With White Girls, Dave Nada, Fat Tony, Fatherdude, Feign, Four Color Zack, Frameworks, Hook, ill-esha, Jantsen, Jon Casey, Kraak & Smaak, Late Night Radio, Lex Luger, Little People, Mark Redito, MikeQ, Moods, Moullinex, Natasha Kmeto, Nedarb, OSHUN, P.O.S, Phutureprimitive, Satin Jackets, SSION, Starkey, Stayloose, The Flashbulb, Tittsworth, vōx and Yuksek.

Chris Palmer will be based in Madison House’s Ann Arbor offices, where he will provide support to Swanson’s clients, as well as developing his own roster. Prior to Madison House, he spent six years at Paradigm, where he worked closely with Swanson and played a key role in singing Bad Bad Hats, The Beths, GRLwood and Girl Friday.
