WAKEFIELD, UK (CelebrityAccess) — Live event engineering, and automation services company TAIT announced it has completed its acquisition of UK stage and production design company Brilliant Topco Limited.
Brilliant, which was founded in 1983, has developed stages and production elements for numerous clients, including the Hugh Jackman ‘The Show’, Coldplay, Virgin F1 Racing and the Dubai Mall.
“We have built the brand brick-by-brick with an equal focus on spectacle, design, employees, and customers. That is what makes being part of TAIT a perfect match, culturally we are 100% aligned,” said Ben Brooks, Managing Director of Brilliant.
TAIT, which acquired a 100% equity stake in Brilliant through the deal, expects to leverage the company’s technology solutions to attract a wider range of clients.
