CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess) — Chicago will be the host of a brand new concert venue when Radius opens in the city’s East Pilsen neighborhood sometime in 2020.
Located just south of Chicago’s Loop in a building that formerly housed a steel factory, Radius is billed as a 55,000 square foot multi-room venue capable of scaled capacities between 2,500 to 3,800 music fans.
The venue will feature a state-of-the-art D&B KSL sound system, as well as a VIP mezzanine level, artist lounge, four separate artists ‘green’ rooms and will host a variety of musical guests.
The performance spaces include the 10,000 foot Cermak Hall with a capacity of 1,350 and a separate entrance as well as a full bar and stage.
As of yet, no official date opening date for Radius beyond ‘2020’ has been announced for the venue.
