(CelebrityAccess) — British rock legend Rod Stewart revealed that his days on the road with major international tours are coming to an end.
In a post shared on Instagram on Wednesday, the 79-year-old Stewart told fans that he has no plans for future large-scale tours, but noted that he’s not ready to retire quite yet.
“This will be the end of large-scale world tours for me, but I have no desire to retire,” Stewart shared on social media. “I love what I do, and I do what I love.”

He went on to note that he plans to move into the ‘Great American Songbook’ with Swing Fever tour in 2026, focused on smaller, intimate venues.
The announcement is not a big surprise, following the announcement of his “One Last Time” tour earlier this month, with dates set across the U.S. and Canada, starting in March 2025.
