NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) — Country star Lainey Wilson has renewed her global publishing agreement with Sony Music Publishing Nashville.
The deal continues the long-standing partnership established between Wilson and SMPN that was first established in 2017 and will see Sony continue to oversee publishing administration for the Grammy-winning singer and actor.
Wilson, who has been named Entertainer of the Year by both the Country Music Association and the Association of Country Music, has seven #1 hits to her name, including “Watermelon Moonshine” and the 2x Platinum “Heart Like A Truck,” as well as award-winning collaborations with Cole Swindell, Jelly Roll, and HARDY.
“I couldn’t be happier to continue my partnership with Sony Music Publishing. I’ll always be a songwriter first and I appreciate having such a supportive team that agrees it all starts with the songs,” Wilson said.
