New York (CelebrityAccess) – Round Hill Music, the private equity platform founded in 2010, currently manages a $900 million portfolio of music rights. Katie Kowinski has been appointed as the chief of investor relations and business development. She will report directly to Round Hill Music CEO Josh Gruss and will be responsible for expanding Round Hill’s investor relationships and driving the firm’s capital-raising efforts. She will be supported by Investor Relations Director Kellie Kirschner.
Kowinski has more than 20 years of experience developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across the private equity and investment management landscape, bringing a deep network of relationships across the institutional investor community. She joined Round Hill from Raven Capital Management, where she was responsible for capital markets and fundraising initiatives, including music IP strategies. She has previously held IR roles at venture capital firm Kairos Ventures and global investment firm Artisan Partners, among others.
