NEW SOUTH WALES, Australia (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The event was buoyed by what event organizers report as record numbers for some sessions, but overall, attendance at the festival was down from previous years.
This year's event was held from October 17-19 and featured performances by Mike Hallam's Hot Six, The Syncopators and Waiting For Guinness among others.
"Saturday morning we saw the hugest turnout we've ever had in town, which was great because we had our biggest parade ever, and it was great to see so many people in town." event coordinator Karen Starmer told ABC.
"We just wonder whether the economic climate has affected ticket sales. I know some of the other music festivals are doing it a bit hard." she added. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writer
