BBC 6 Music Is Saved

LONDON (Hypebot) –
The BBC Trust announced their decision to save BBC 6Music. Sir Michael Lyons, Chairman of the Trust, shared the group's conclusions of their recent review in a statement saying that "the case has not been made for the closure of 6 Music".

Musicians and the music industry had lobbied aggressively to save the indie music dominated broadcast outlet that many say has been responsible for breaking many new artists.
