(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Boru Vodka, the only super-premium vodka from Ireland, has joined forces with Black 47, the Irish-American rock band, to underwrite Black 47's 2004 tour throughout the United States. Boru Vodka will also be the official sponsor of Black 47's tour of Ireland this November with performances at major clubs in Derry, Dublin, Galway and Wexford.
"Our association with Boru Vodka will make it possible to take our music to all parts of the U.S. and overseas," said Larry Kirwan, Black 47's leader. "We looked carefully at many companies before partnering with Boru for sponsorship. It was important to the band that both our message and music not be compromised in any way.
