AUSTIN, TX (CelebrityAccess) –Texas-based singer-songwriter Bruce Robison has postponed a spate of his upcoming tour dates after being hospitalized with pneumonia.
According to Wide Open Country, Robison has been battling the illness since mid-May, describing it as the "lay you up in the hospital kind".
According to The Boot, Robison's sister added on Facebook that Robison was also suffering from typhus fever, stating that it had “caused pretty severe complications to his liver, kidneys and immune system” but the post has since been removed.
Robison is expected to return to the road in time to join his Back Porch Band for their show on June 16th at ACL Live – Moody Theater in Austin, TX. – Staff Writers
