(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — CAA will relocate from its famous I. M. Pei designed building it currently owns in Beverly Hills to a new Century City complex in 2006, where it has signed a 15-year lease.
The construction has a start date of April 2 with completion projected for late 2006. It will replace the Century City structure formerly known as the ABC Entertainment Complex, which was the centerpiece office campus between the Twin Towers and the Century Plaza Hotel. ABC re-located its Century City based offices to a consolidated complex in Burbank over two years ago. The ABC structure, which also included one of Los Angeles' finest venues in the Shubert Theatre and a complex of first run cinemas often used for premiers, will be demolished this spring.
